Why subscribe?

This is a chronicle of experiences as filtered through the unconventional mechanics of my messy mind. It can at times be raw, vulnerable, untethered, flawed, humorous, relatable or head-shakingly confusing, and is always abundantly human.

  • Subscribe if you resonate with creative flow and the imperfection of a perfect moment.

  • Subscribe if you believe in magic and see even the most subtle aspects of the world as miraculous.

  • Subscribe to get full access to the newsletter and website. Never miss an update.

Stay up-to-date

You won’t have to wonder if you missed anything and can use that wonder to create. Every new edition of the newsletter goes directly to your inbox.

When you visit my website, go into the Event tab and check out the programs and events offered through Anecdotal Anatomy in Action (an off-shoot of the podcast, Anecdotal Anatomy, which is a series of casual conversations about the stories our bodies hold and tell. Our aim is to connect the individual to the collective through our shared stories of living in a body).

Belong to a growing community of heart-driven humans

I’ve never been part of a clique. My friendships and connections have always been based on the feeling of belonging rather than fitting in. It has been a lifelong mission of mine to cultivate spaces of belonging, while honoring our individual quirkiness as gifts to a world more concerned with convention.

People

My story includes a stage, blank page, mat, cushion, and microphone. I am none of those things (actor, writer, yogi, meditator, podcaster) and I am all of them. I co-host a podcast called, Anecdotal Anatomy, which also offers mindful-based programs.
